The Springfield RC Newsletter is published once a month, generally a week before the next meeting. Our club meets on the first Thursday of the month.

Springfield RC Club, Blacksheep Squadron

The Springfield RC Club was established more than three decades ago. Our Charter Number is 394. Our club is a very active club with more than 90 members. We fly at a 20 acre field that is leased for 5 years at a time. There are approximately 80 acres that surround our field. Our runway is a blacktop, 300' x 30'. Our pavillion has electricity and plenty of work room. Our flight lines are designed according to AMA requirements. We limit the number of planes in the air to no more than 3 at any one time.
